Bees swoop for Keith

Brentford manager Scott Fitzgerald has snapped up the Leyton Orient midfielder Joe Keith as he continues to strengthen his relegation-threatened squad.

The 28-year-old becomes the Bees' second acquisition of the week following the arrival of Bristol City defender Dave Partridge on loan.

Keith has signed a contract that will keep with the League One's current rock-bottom side until the end of this season.

He moved to Leyton Orient 18 months ago and made 60 appearances for the club, having made over 250 appearances for Colchester United earlier in his career.
