Brentford manager Scott Fitzgerald has bolstered his relegation-threatened squad by capturing Bristol City defender Dave Partridge on a month's loan deal. The 28-year-old Wales international has struggled to settle at Ashton Gate since his move to the Robins from Motherwell 18 months ago. He has made only 11 League One appearances for City and has not played for Gary Johnson's side at all this term. Partridge spent the first month of this season on loan with Leyton Orient but made only one appearance for the League One strugglers.
