Brentford boss Scott Fitzgerald has admitted his fate and that of a number of players hangs on the outcome of the club's relegation fight.
The Bees are currently bottom of the League One table and seven points adrift of the safety zone.
And Fitzgerald, who was only appointed in November, has revealed he fears for his future if the Bees drop into League Two.
"We have quality and battling qualities, which are there for everyone to see," he said.
"We will give everything until the last game. People are playing - and I include myself in this - for their futures.
"If they don't, if they start to waver and don't put in the requirements, they won't play."
