Bees exit for Rhodes

Brentford midfielder Alex Rhodes has left the club after rejecting the offer of a new contract.
The 25-year-old, who was loaned out to Swindon Town and Grays Athletic last term, now looks certain to be plying his trade away from Griffin Park in the new season.
Assistant manager Andy Scott told the Bees' official website: "Alex didn't accept our contract offer within the 28 days stipulated, therefore the offer has been withdrawn with immediate effect.
"We wish Alex all the best in his future career - we'll continue to talk to players to fill the vacant position in the squad left by his departure."
Rhodes started 22 games and made 43 more substitute appearances for the club.
