Brentford manager Andy Scott has bolstered his squad by snapping up Tottenham's highly-rated teenager John Bostock on a month's loan. The 17-year-old midfielder has made three substitute appearances for Spurs, all of them coming in last term's UEFA Cup campaign. He also featured in five first-team matches for Crystal Palace during the 2007-08 season before moving to White Hart Lane in the summer of 2008. Scott told the Bees' official website: "I'm delighted to have signed John as he's been highly-rated for several years as was proved by him signing for Tottenham at the age of 16. "Spurs are looking for him to progress and force his way into the first-team reckoning and they feel that here at Brentford he'll have the opportunity to show his worth. "From our perspective it will give some added quality and dimension to our play."
