Brentford manager Terry Butcher insists the dressing room remains united at Griffin Park despite a recent poor run of results.
The Bees lost their third successive League Two game 2-0 against Hereford United on Saturday, but Butcher claims his players are refusing to be downhearted.
"We've had a good long chat with the players in the dressing room and we have to work this out together and we will do. The dressing room is united, there are no problems there," he told the club's official website.
"We have to keep working hard and I'm still convinced we can get it together and get on an unbeaten run.
"The message to the fans is stick with us. Yes, it was an experienced team (that lost on Saturday) but hopefully the more it plays together the better it will become.
"You look at this league and we're well capable - as any team in this league is - of going on a good unbeaten run and that's our aim and ambition."
