Bees striker faces injury lay-off
Manager Andy Scott also lost midfielder Sam Wood to injury as the Bees suffered their second home defeat of the season.
He told BBC London 94.9: "It (Rhodes' injury) looks pretty bad so we'll assess that and see how it is but it will be a blow."
Rhodes is on loan from Championship side Ipswich and has scored seven goals in 14 appearances for the Bees.
