Bees pair return

Pim Balkestein and Karleigh Osborne return to the Brentford squad for the trip to Plymouth. The Bees' first-choice central-defensive partnership missed Tuesday night's 1-0 FA Cup defeat by Aldershot through suspension. With David McCracken currently sidelined by a calf injury, Stephen Wright deputised as a makeshift centre-half alongside Leon Legge. Wright will revert to right-back and Legge will drop to the bench if boss Andy Scott recalls both Balkestein and Osborne. Elsewhere, striker Gary Alexander should return having missed out in midweek after his girlfriend went into labour, while on-loan goalkeeper Ben Hamer was ineligible and will be back to challenge Richard Lee for the gloves. Striker Carl Cort remains a long-term absentee with a torn Achilles.
