Bees hoping for a Legge-up

Brentford are waiting on the fitness of Leon Legge ahead of the trip to Rochdale. The centre-half lasted just 25 minutes of Tuesday night's defeat by Walsall after suffering a groin injury. Karleigh Osborne came on for Legge and will be in line to start if he is ruled out. Gary Alexander missed out at Walsall through illness but is expected to return, although fellow striker Charlie MacDonald (ankle) remains sidelined. Simon Moore continues in goal with regular number one Richard Lee (shoulder) still missing, while goalkeeping coach Simon Royce will be on the bench as Sunderland loanee Trevor Carson has jarred his knee. The Bees have extended teenage forward Jeffrey Schlupp's loan spell from Leicester in time for the trip.
