Bees boss wants to build on point

The Bees ended a run of four defeats from their last six games in the Victoria Park stalemate and Scott was happy to see his side keep a third clean sheet of the season. "The conditions were awful and it was a point gained. It was important to bounce back from last week and we restricted them to a few chances," said Scott. "It was chucking it down and you expect conditions like that up here. We had some good balls in the box but didn't attack them - we had the better chances. But it's something to build on. "A clean sheet away from home is always welcome. We played poorly against Bristol Rovers but went to Huddersfield, worked hard and got a point - it was the same here and the boys have taken things on board we have asked of them. "We are moving in the right direction and started the season pretty well. We have players coming back and will only get stronger as we learn about League One football."
