Linn at the double
Bobby Linn scored twice to help bottom club Arbroath beat Brechin 4-2 for just their second away win of the season.
Linn put the away side ahead after six minutes when he lashed home in the area and he notched his sixth of the season 15 minutes later after sweeping home following good work from Paul McManus.
They looked out of sight just after half-time when Linn crossed for Michael Travis to head home a third but Brechin fought back admirably.
Andy Jackson slotted home after 56 minutes and Robert Thomson buried a header into the bottom corner just four minutes later to reduce the arrears.
But McManus put the game beyond doubt three minutes later by planting a header home from Paul Sheerin's cross.
