Patience a virtue for Brazil, says Liverpool star
An opening draw with unheralded Venezuela was a shock for the auriverde but the five-times world champions are not letting it get to them.
"We mustn't get too uptight - we became rather anxious against Venezuela in the second half. We must keep calm and allow the chances on goal to appear naturally, as they will," said Lucas.
"We have to be patient as we have not been together very long as a team. We are trying to gel as quickly as possible," he insisted.
Even with an attacking line up including the quality of Neymar, Alexandre Pato, Robinho and Ganso the Brazilians drew a blank against Venezuela but they think Saturday's game will be a more open affair.
"Paraguay will want to come out and look for a result and that will suit us more," indicated Andre Santos, while midfielder Elano added: "I am sure we are ready for them."
