Bradford City caretaker manager David Wetherall will make a late decision on whether to play against Crewe at the weekend.
The 35-year-old club captain was handed the managerial reins on an interim basis following the dismissal of Colin Todd during the week.
Wetherall has been a mainstay in the City defence this season, but has revealed he could omit himself from the starting line-up.
"It's been non-stop this week and whether the job has taken its toll on me during the week will come into my thinking," he said.
"I'll make a decision in due course based on what I think is best for the team. We'll see."
Meanwhile, Wetherall has drafted in veteran coach Frank Barlow to assist on the training ground at the League One strugglers.
