Thorne offered coaching role

Thorne, 36, who has spent over two years with the Bantams, twice ending the season as the club's leading goalscorer, will sign cancellation forms this week. Taylor said: "If Peter wants to come here and help with my coaching, I've offered him that chance." The former Norwich forward has been dogged by injury in recent seasons and limited to just three first-team league starts this term. A club statement read: "Everyone at Bradford City Football Club would like to take this opportunity to thank Peter for tremendous service and wish him the very best for the future."
