Bradford City chairman Julian Rhodes has hinted that substantial new investment may boost the club's coffers in the near future.
The Bantams are preparing for life down in League Two, but Rhodes is upbeat about the future following the recent appointment of Stuart McCall as City's new manager.
He told the Telegraph & Argus: "There's a big buzz around the place at the moment, especially since Stuart's appointment.
"But it has been another important week for the club with further developments away from the football side. Those will be revealed soon.
"I'm really looking forward to getting to work with Stuart. We'll be starting to help him bring in transfer targets and we've been talking about budgets and player requirements.
"We're hoping to able to put a smile back on the faces of our fans and there's a genuine feeling of optimism."
