Bradford City manager Stuart McCall has had a change of heart and decided not to let Luke Medley leave Valley Parade on loan.

The 18-year-old came on as a substitute and earned the last-gasp penalty at Grimsby Town on Saturday that ensured the Bantams won a much-needed point at Blundell Park.

"He was a breath of fresh air on Saturday and at this moment in time we wouldn't want to let him go," McCall told the Telegraph & Argus.

Saturday's appearance was Medley's third of the season after making his first-team debut in August's victory against Wrexham.
