Bradford City's bid to avoid relegation from League One has suffered a blow with the news that on-loan striker Moses Ashikodi has broken his leg.
Ashikodi was stretchered off in Saturday's win at Brighton and scans have revealed the Watford hitman has broken his leg.
"Our first thoughts are with the boy, who is obviously very upset, but it's also a big blow for us because in the last three games he had shown what we'd brought him in for," admitted Bantams caretaker manager David Wetherall.
"Moses has become an important player for us because he is a handful for opposition defences and he was forming a good partnership with Billy Paynter."
The 19-year-old scored twice in eight appearances for the Bantams after arriving at Valley Parade in March.
