Furman adds to Bantams woes

Bradford City midfielder Dean Furman has joined the lengthy injury list at Valley Parade.

The South African faces a three-week lay-off after pulling his hamstring during the 3-3 draw with Barnet.

Bantams boss Stuart McCall told the Telegraph & Argus: "Dean's hamstring tightened up in the first half because he put in so much effort. He then over-stretched for a ball and felt something go.

"We might be looking at a few weeks out now, which is obviously a blow because that's an area of the pitch where we're a bit thin on the ground.

"We're okay in the forward and defensive positions but we're really being hit across the middle at the moment."
