Daley injury mars Bantams win
26 Nov 2008 - 11:29:35
Stuart McCall is ready to enter the loan market to bolster his Bradford City squad after Omar Daley suffered a hamstring injury in Tuesday's dramatic 3-2 victory against Chesterfield.
The Bantams claimed all three points despite trailing by two goals in the first half, but the victory was tainted by winger Daley's injury.
McCall told the Telegraph & Argus: "It's getting to the stage where we have to get someone in and I'll be making another phone call.
"Omar got a knock before half-time on his knee and maybe he's been running a bit differently to compensate for that.
"It's disappointing news to find out it's his hamstring and we could be looking at anything from two to four weeks out."
Meanwhile, Huddersfield Town have allowed Tom Clarke to extend his loan stay at Valley Parade for another month.
