Bouldings opt for Bantams

Bradford City have won the chase to sign Mansfield Town duo Michael Boulding and Rory Boulding.

The duo had seemed set to join League One Cheltenham Town, but have instead opted to stay closer to their northern roots, signing two-year contracts with City.

Bantams boss Stuart McCall told the club's official website: "Michael was our first choice as a striker, because he offers something different to what we've already got.

"He's someone who can get in behind the defence with a bit of pace.

"I'm also pleased to have Rory on board and with the other lads we've already got, hopefully we are now going to have enough firepower to be up there challenging."
