Bradford City boss Colin Todd is facing an anxious wait to see if winger Jermaine Johnson will be fit to face Huddersfield Town in this Saturday's West Yorkshire derby.
The Jamaica international was forced out of the win against Tranmere Rovers after just 13 minutes with what looked like a hamstring injury.
Todd thinks Johnson faces a race against time to be fit for the game, but a scan on Monday should give him a clearer indication on how serious the injury is.
He said on the club's official website: "JJ has got a little bit of a strain but we don't know how severe yet. Hopefully getting him off quickly might just have helped.
"But he's a hard act to follow because he's been outstanding lately."
If Johnson is ruled out of Saturday's match it will pave the way for Joe Colbeck to start against the Terriers as he tries to cement a regular starting place in the Bantams' first team.
