Bradford City boss Stuart McCall is ready to send a number of players out on loan in a bid to further their football education.
The Bantams chief is concerned that the likes of Luke Medley, Joe Colbeck, Craig Bentham and Tom Penford have not been exposed to enough first-team football and is looking to ship the quartet out.
"Most of them have played a lot for the reserves over the years and you can only do that so long," he said.
"For the sake of them as much as us, they need to go out and play first-team football.
"Whether it's in the same league or the Blue Square Premier, it gives them that chance of good, competitive football.
"We used to do it a lot at Sheffield United with the young players and it worked well."
