Bantams loan in Paynter

Bradford City have bolstered their squad with the signing of Southend United striker Billy Paynter on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old joined the Shrimpers on a permanent basis at the start of the current campaign, but has netted just one goal in 11 appearances for the Championship strugglers.
Paynter had made his name with Port Vale, earning a move to Hull City a year ago after a successful loan spell.
His arrival at Valley Parade will offset to exits of Dean Windass and Jermaine Johnson, who have left the Bantams to link up with Hull City and Sheffield Wednesday respectively.
