Taylor to run rule over duo

17 December 2010 14:30
Bradford manager Peter Taylor is hoping central defenders Rob Kiernan and Luke Oliver can prove their fitness for the clash at Crewe. Oliver has been nursing a hamstring problem in recent weeks, while Kiernan (hamstring) is the latest centre-half to sustain a niggling injury after being withdrawn late on in last week's home win over Hereford. Fellow central defenders Shane Duff (Achilles) and Steve Williams (groin) are both back in training, but are not ready for first-team action. Taylor expects midfielder Tom Adeyemi to shake off an ankle injury, while defender Lewis Hunt is making good progress following a knee ligament injury. Long-term absentees, defender Simon Ramsden (calf) and midfielder Michael Flynn (hernia), expect to be back in action by early February.
