Taylor hit out at poor defending

Taylor blamed his defence for their naivety in failing to clear the ball in the dying stages, which eventually led to Dagenham's equaliser.[LNB]"We defended nervously and poorly in the second half," said Taylor. "That's where Dagenham are at their best - they ask questions of you and they asked a lot of questions of us in the second half. Defensively we were not good enough.[LNB]"A lot of our players were not giving information to each other to stop certain chances being created and, in respect of their third goal, we had easy possession on the edge of our box but we decided to play two three-yard passes and that was unnecessary.[LNB]"I think people have been watching Barcelona maybe. Maybe talking to each other would have been the answer - maybe a strong call to someone to clear the ball.[LNB]"Hopefully we will learn about the defensive side of things. On the ball I cannot complain too much about what we have done but in the second half we didn't seem to be working as a back four and that is annoying."[LNB][LNB]
