Taylor eyes loan signings

Bradford boss Peter Taylor has admitted he will probably need to eventually dip into the loan market for a right-back but has every faith Zesh Rehman can fulfil the role for now. The 27-year-old Rehman, who is more accustomed to playing in the centre of defence, has featured on the right side of the back line twice in the league this season helping City keep clean sheets against Rotherham and Barnet and he will be thrust into that position again when the Bantams face Oxford at home on Saturday. While Taylor is confident Rehman will do a good job he is concerned about the amount of defensive cover he has at his disposal, after loan duo Reece Brown and Olivier Gill returned to Manchester United. He told the Telegraph and Argus: "Zesh has done well when he's come in and I'm not saying he won't do a good job again. But to be fair, Zesh will tell you that he sees himself as a centre half. "We might need another right back. I'm probably going to go with what we've got in the building this week and that means Zesh. But if the right one comes along, we'll have another look at it."
