Show me some character - McCall

Lee Hughes was the Magpies' hero, scoring a hat-trick in between Ben Davies' opening goal and Brendan Moloney's 86th-minute strike.

"The only positive is that it only cost us three points," said Bradford boss McCall.

"We didn't defend well enough and nobody left the field with any credit. We looked edgy and nervous all over the park and there were too many individual errors as nobody won their battles.

"I can't defend the performance - it was simply undefendable. It's how we recover from the defeat that matters now."
