Rhodes: Colbeck flack not helping
Play-off chasing City, who have failed to win any of their last eight league matches, are low on confidence and Colbeck, 22, has been targeted for abuse by a section of frustrated fans.[LNB]Rhodes told the club's official website: "It's counter-productive, especially for somebody in Joe's position. You want your wingers full of confidence and taking men on - all the things Joe was doing earlier in the season.[LNB]"You could see him going into himself because it just wasn't going right. I just ask the supporters to cut him some slack."[LNB]Rhodes added: "We want him to bounce back like that again, but he's only going to do that with the fans on his side.[LNB]"He's a tremendous asset when he's flying and I would ask the fans to be patient and show their support for him."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
