O'Brien scoops Bantams double gong
The 20-year-old left-back fought off stiff competition from captain Graeme Lee and on-loan Rangers midfielder Dean Furman, who won the most consistent player title, to scoop the award.
O'Brien made his first appearance this season as a second-half substitute in the home draw with Luton in October following Paul Heckingbottom's dismissal.
Manager Stuart McCall named O'Brien in his next starting line-up and the Halifax-born youngster has missed only three matches since.
