The 21-year-old striker supplemented life as a part-timer at Guiseley with work behind the counter at the local Co-op store before being handed a two-year deal by Bradford following a recent trial. Hanson told the club's official website: "I'm still coming to terms with it to be honest. It is a big step up, but I'm more than confident I can make it. "I'm absolutely delighted to get a deal. It's a dream come true. It certainly beats working until 10 o'clock at night. "I've been working part-time at the Co-op near me and it's just been fitting in with my semi-professional career. I've still got to work my week's notice though and I don't finish there until Wednesday."
