The former Barnet centre-back stayed forward following a 54th-minute corner and found space in the box to fire home and bring the Bantams' two-match winning run in League Two to a halt.[LNB]But it was Bradford who started the brighter and they had two good chances to go ahead in the first half.[LNB]First, James Hanson rose highest only to see his header stopped on the line by Aldershot goalkeeper Stephen Henderson after 24 minutes, before Mark McCammon stabbed wide 10 minutes later.[LNB]Aldershot hit their straps after the break and Charles bagged the winner, but Kevin Dillon's play-off chasers should have had a second.[LNB]Danny Hylton forced Matt Glennon into a double save 10 minutes from time and substitute Damian Spencer fired over from six yards out as the Shots closed out the match and earned their first home win in four games.[LNB][LNB]
