The Bantams are estimated to have lost around £250,000 of extra revenue by failing to reach the League Two play-offs while boss Stuart McCall and his assistant Wayne Jacobs have taken 20% wage cuts.[LNB]David Wetherall will combine running the youth side next season with the reserves while many players have been offered reduced terms to remain at the club.[LNB]"Chris has done a great job with the youth lads, as well as working closely with David with the reserves," McCall told the club's official website.[LNB]"This decision is nothing to do with his ability and his work. It's just a cost-cutting measure that we had to make.[LNB]"Wethers has got a year left as a coach and the board said I've got to lose a member of staff. We know a lot of clubs look like they could go to the wall and we don't want to be one of them."[LNB][LNB]
