Tom Thorpe set for Bradford debut

Bradford will include new loan signing Tom Thorpe in their squad for the home game against Millwall.

Thorpe, comfortable in defence or midfield, arrived this week from Rotherham until the end of the season and could make his debut for the club.

Manager Phil Parkinson will be without on-loan trio Reece Burke (England Under-20s), Josh Cullen (Republic of Ireland Under-21s) and Lee Evans (Wales Under-21s) who are all on international duty.

Central defender Rory McArdle remains sidelined after dislocating his shoulder, while wingers Filipe Morais (knee) and Paul Anderson (broken leg) are working their way back from long-term injury.

Millwall boss Neil Harris will be forced to make changes to a winning side with the likes of goalkeeper David Forde, midfielders Jimmy Abdou and Shane Ferguson all away on international duty.

Shaun Williams, Ed Upson, Aiden O'Brien and Fred Onyedinma are all expected to be given an opportunity over the Easter weekend fixtures, while academy players Kris Twardek and Kyron Farrell are also in contention to boost the squad as the Lions aim to sustain a play-off push.

Captain Tony Craig has been given the all clear to return to full training with the first team following a serious knee injury in October, but will not be rushed back into action.

Young defender Noah Chesmain, 18, has returned from his loan spell at Welling, so is another who could be involved.
