Jordan Bowery poised for home Bantams bow

Jordan Bowery is poised to make his home debut for Bradford against leaders Coventry.

Bowery was signed on loan from Rotherham last week in time to start in Saturday's win at Scunthorpe and is likely to continue as James Hanson is still struggling with an ankle injury.

Left-back James Meredith was also absent at the weekend due to a foot problem and remains doubtful, while defender Reece Burke has returned to parent club West Ham for treatment on his knee injury.

Midfielder Josh Morris is hoping to make his first appearance since September having returned to the bench as an unused substitute in the last two matches.

Coventry will be without Joe Cole as the Sky Blues look to build up his fitness.

The on-loan Aston Villa midfielder is likely to return for their clash with Sheffield United on December 13.

Reda Johnson is out for the season with a hamstring injury but James Maddison (ankle) is closing in on a comeback after being out since August.

Jordan Willis is likely to miss out again as he continues to battles a knee injury he suffered at the end of last month.
