Winger Daley and striker Thorne, both sidelined by long-term injury, were scheduled to return to action for the reserves against Rotherham next week, but the game has been postponed.[LNB]The Bantams' second-round Youth Cup clash with Crewe was washed out on Tuesday night and must be replayed next Wednesday, while Stuart McCall's senior side face a league clash at Grimsby on Tuesday, so the second string's game has to make way.[LNB]It is a blow to both players, who are desperate to play in order to build match fitness following long periods of inactivity.[LNB]Jamaica international Daley has not played since having surgery to repair cruciate and medial knee ligament damage sustained in February, while Thorne has been restricted to only five first-team appearances this season due to a hamstring injury.[LNB][LNB]
