Bantams boss issues rallying cry

Jonathan Forte scored twice in 20 minutes to bring his total since arriving on-loan from Scunthorpe to six goals in seven games before Delroy Facey added a third in first-half added time. Bradford, who had been thrashed 4-1 by lowly Barnet in their last fixture, got a late consolation from Peter Thorne but it did little to stop the visiting fans from booing their side off the pitch at the final whistle. McCall said: "I really don't know what happened - it was mystifying. We started brightly and were dominating the game and then they breakaway from a free-kick and suddenly we are one down. They had three shots on our goal and scored three times while we put in 28 crosses. "I can't stand here and say it was a decent performance because it wasn't. If it had been a performance like Barnet I would have gone absolutely berserk but it wasn't a collective thing, it was three poor pieces of play. "We have to make sure we are in the top seven come May 3. Performances like this won't help us and we can't keep conceding soft goals like that. It's a test of my character and the team's character."
