The Bradford-born 33-year-old, whose current deal was due to expire in the summer, has been dogged by injury since arriving at Valley Parade on a free transfer from Huddersfield in July 2008.[LNB]Brandon had to wait until the following March to make his debut for his hometown club due to an ankle problem, and subsequent injuries made it difficult for him to establish a place in the Bantams' starting line-up.[LNB]He made a total of 31 appearances for City during his 20-month spell and scored three goals.[LNB]Brandon is the fourth player to leave Valley Parade this week following the departures of Michael and Rory Boulding and Peter Thorne.[LNB][LNB]
