Administrator Gerald Krasner has revealed there are two parties interested in rescuing cash-strapped Bournemouth with a joint bid.

The Cherries are reportedly £4million in debt and Krasner has set a deadline of Tuesday March 11 for any further consortia to make their interest known.

"As of Wednesday night, two of the consortiums have got together and have put in a joint offer in writing in a form that is acceptable to me," he revealed.

"The offer is of sufficient quantity to allow the administrators to seriously consider it with a view to proposing a voluntary arrangement to the creditors by way of an exit strategy."

Meanwhile, Krasner expects to have the matter resolved after a creditors meeting on April 7.

"We will then accept the highest bid on the basis that the money is immediately deposited in full with our solicitors until such as time as a voluntary arrangement has been agreed or otherwise with the creditors and the share of the club can be transferred," he added.

Meanwhile, Cardiff goalkeeper David Forde has joined the Dean Court club on an emergency loan.
