One bid comes in for Cherries

Bournemouth's administrator Gerald Krasner has confirmed that he has received one formal bid for the troubled League One club.

Two separate bidders are believed to have teamed up to put the offer forward but Krasner has urged any other potential buyers to come forward before next Tuesday's deadline.

Krasner has also revealed that former club president Stanley Cohen had an offer of £3million for the Cherries turned down last week.

It is believed that the reason Cohen's bid was rejected was because he refused to sign a confidentiality agreement.
