Bournemouth's transfer embargo has been 'relaxed' following news that marketing group Sport-6 have officially become the new owners of the club.
Directors of the Merseyside-based company, Paul Baker and Alastair Saverimutto, will join the board and work alongside existing chairman Jeff Mostyn and vice-chairman Steve Sly.
Cherries boss Kevin Bond is now free to sign players not under contract and also complete loan deals.
The south coast club were placed into administration last season before their relegation to League Two was confirmed.
"What I can confirm is that we have funds in place secured to take the club through the remainder of administration, which we hope will be a very short space of time," Mostyn told the club's official website.
"Of more significance we have secured funds to take this football club forward.
"This football club is about to get a very solid infrastructure and a business plan that will provide the non-matchday income to secure the club's future.
"In Sport-6 we have experts in football and business acumen that will give us a solid platform to build a future."
