Bournemouth defender Warren Cummings has signed a permanent contract with the Cherries running until the summer of 2006.
The 22-year-old has been on loan at Dean Court from Chelsea since the end of January and has now made his move a more permanent one.
After agreeing his stay with the Cherries, Cummings told the club's official website: "One of the most important things is playing first-team football, playing first-team football is what every footballer wants to do.
"Coming here gives me every opportunity to do that.
"I'm an ambitious person and I want to play in the Second Division next season, then after that, I want to play in the First Division.
"All the players feel that we can go further than the Second Division."
