Veteran striker Lee Bradbury has made his loan stay at Bournemouth into a full-time move.
The 32-year-old joined the Cherries on a season-long loan from Southend earlier this month, but will now remain at Dean Court until at least the end of the current season.
Bradbury had joined Bournemouth as he wanted to be closer to his South Coast home.
He made his debut in last weekend's 2-1 victory at Doncaster Rovers.
"We all saw at Doncaster the positive impact he had on the side," vice-chairman Steve Sly told the club's official website.
"Everyone has been lifted by the victory last week and this excellent addition to the squad can help us kick on and realise our ambitions - starting against Port Vale (on Saturday)."
