Bournemouth manager Kevin Bond has earned high praise from his Walsall counterpart Richard Money for keeping the Cherries in the hunt for League One survival.
A 3-1 success at the Bescot Stadium made it six wins in seven games for Bond's side, who can still escape the drop despite having been docked ten points earlier this season after the club went into administration.
Money told the Daily Echo: "I think Kevin and his management team have done a remarkable job. To keep the players as focused as they are after what has been happening at the club is a tremendous achievement.
"Without wishing to be disrespectful to anybody, I was very shocked to read that any prospective new owner could not guarantee Kevin his job after what he's done.
"If Kevin's job is in any danger from a new owner, then there isn't much hope for quite a number of managers in the league, because he's been fantastic over the past three months.
"He certainly deserves a great deal of credit and they deserve to get out of trouble."
