Pilgrims boss hits back

Boston United boss Steve Evans has hit back at the supporters who called for his head during Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Darlington.
The ten-man Pilgrims followed up an embarrassing 6-0 thrashing at the hands of Grimsby seven days previously with another poor performance, but Evans has vowed to stay at the helm of the cash-strapped League Two strugglers.
"Those people who are calling for my head need to wake up and see the reality that is all around them," fumed Evans.
"We don't have the resources of other clubs and we've had to lose players in order to bring some money in.
"I've set a target of 50 points by the end of the season and, although as the games go by and we've lost points yet again, that seems an unrealistic target.
"But there are other teams in the mix with us and we have to fight and show a commitment to battle more than those others."
