Boston United manager Steve Evans and his assistant Paul Raynor have left the club following the financially-stricken Pilgrims' relegation to the Conference.
Chairman Jim Rodwell confirmed the news on Sunday lunchtime after holding private talks with the management duo.
Rodwell told the club's official website: "It is with great reluctance that I accept the resignation of our manager Steve Evans and this was quickly followed by that of assistant manager Paul Raynor.
"However, given the current situation at Boston United, I can understand why they have both decided that enough is enough and they have left with immediate effect.
"On behalf of everyone at Boston United Football Club, I thank both gentlemen for their outstanding commitment and contribution to the job in what we all know has been a very difficult time. On behalf of us all, we wish both of them every success."
