Arango joins up with Gladbach

Juan Arango has swapped Spain for the Bundesliga with Borussia Monchengladbach.

The Venezuela international has signed a four-year contract at Borussia Park after ending his three-season stay with Real Mallorca.

Gladbach are believed to have paid three million euros to sign the 29-year-old midfielder.

Arango has been signed to fill the left-wing void created by Marko Marin's previous departure to Werder Bremen.

"Juan Arango will be a cornerstone in our team," said sporting director Max Eberl.
