Keeper setback for Dortmund

Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller is not expected to play again until late February after injuring his knee at the weekend.

The shot-stopper had to be substituted after 20 minutes of Sunday's 3-2 win in Cologne after a collision with team-mate Neven Subotic and Cologne's Milivoje Novakovic left him with a deep flesh wound in his left knee.

It is anticipated that Weidenfeller will be out of action for five weeks after he needed four stitches in the gash.

Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp confirmed to the club's official website: "The flesh wound is four to five centimetres deep."
