Dortmund without Hummels for Donetsk clash

Germany defender Mats Hummels failed to recover from flu to make the Borussia Dortmund team for Tuesday's Champions League last 16, second leg clash at home to Shakhtar Donetsk.

The 24-year-old centre-back, who scored the late equaliser in Borussia's 2-2 draw in Donetsk three weeks ago, who also missed the previous two matches with illness and failed a fitness test earlier in the day.

Brazilian defender Felipe Santana came in for Hummels while defensive midfielder Ilkay Gundogan takes the place of Sebastian Kehl for the match at Signal Iduna Park stadium.

Shakhtar coach Mircea Lucescu made one change from the team which drew in the Ukraine first leg with Olexandr Kucher coming in for Dmytro Chygrynskiy at centre-back.
