The Club has in recent years progressed through the Mid-Herts League, Parthenon League, Spartan League & Athenian League then going on to join the Isthmian Football League in 1974/75. Winning the Division Two Championship in 1976/77 by sixteen points. The Club had a five Season spell in the Premier Division during the late Seventies and early Eighties, and enjoyed another, much more successful spell in the Premier Division, during the nineties, sadly ended in relegation at the end of the 1999/2000 Season. However, the Club come back quickly and was again promoted back to the Premier Division as Ryman Football League Division One Champions in 2000/2001.
