Bolton Wanderers are still considering their response to allegations made in a television documentary that manager Sam Allardyce was guilty of accepting illegal payments as part of transfer deals.
The BBC's Panorama programme, broadcast on Tuesday, contained footage of three agents claiming that Allardyce was prepared to accept bungs.
It also called into question the role of Allardyce's son Craig, a football agent, in Bolton's transfer dealings.
A statement issued via Wanderers' official website read: "We are reviewing the Panorama programme carefully and we may request further information from the BBC.
"We will make further comment in due course."
Allardyce has denied ever asking for or receiving a bung and has hinted he may take legal action over the claims.
